Birthday Flow  - 73 minutes

For my birthday this year I wanted to create a fun and feel good flow to get you moving. This practice is infused with mobility flows that target your hips and shoulders and sprinkled with a bit of balance work. Thank you all for your love and support this year! Enjoy :).

Relax & Restore  - 18 minutes

In this relaxing flow we will use a few props such as blankets and bolsters so support our practice as we slow it down and open up the body. Sometimes doing less and taking a bit more time in postures is exactly what our body needs.

Relief Flow  - 48 minutes

In this flow we will open up different areas of the body such as the hands, feet, hips, & shoulders through breath work, mobility exercises, and some strengthening exercises. In order to find lasting relief for our bodies it is important that we find the balance of releasing and strengthening.  With this balance of ease and effort we cultivate a strong, healthy, and mobile body for years to come.

Shoulder & Neck Tension Flow - 20 minutes

A lot of us carry tension in our shoulders and neck, whether it be from sitting for hours at a computer, doing stressful work, or the fact that many of us are currently spending lots of time at home on the couch -I seem to find myself in this position a little bit more than I would like to admit. This flow will help to relieve some of that tension and tightness and help you relax so you can feel better and sleep better.

Sullivan will do his best to steal your attention (and mine) throughout this 20 minute flow, but he is just making sure that we are all taking care of ourselves.

Props needed: Blanket &/or pillow

Energetic Flow - 60 minutes

Feeling low on energy? Get your whole body moving and flowing with this energizing flow.  You can do this practice in the morning when you wake up or whenever you need to feel strong, inspired, and motivated!

Hip & Hamstring Love - 40 Minutes

If your hips and hamstrings have been feeling tight lately this class is for you. In this practice we will focus on mobilizing, strengthening, and stretching these areas of the body.  Grab your yoga blocks and blanket and lets get moving!

A Practice to Calm the Mind (Guest Starring my cat Sullivan) - 55 Minutes

This practice was created to harness our strength and power as a whole, to come back to breath, and to move through our worries and anxieties. Take care of you with the help of this Flow.
